Join the Brown Club of Orange County on Sunday April 27 for a hike high above the Pacific Ocean, at Badlands Park in Laguna Niguel. Great views of the coastal hills, the ocean beyond South Laguna Beach, and the Dana Point headlands area.

About the event
Join the Brown Club of Orange County on Sunday April 27 for a hike high above the Pacific Ocean, at Badlands Park in Laguna Niguel. The difficulty level is "easy", since parking is at the top of the hill and the trail runs along the ridge with only modest changes in elevation. Great views of the coastal hills, the ocean beyond South Laguna Beach, and the Dana Point headlands area. There's even a "mini Torrey Pines" of exposed sandstone midway through the hike.
Be treated to Marc's (our organizer) incisive knowledge of the area's geology, consisting of Geo 5 about fifty years ago plus a Google search (did we mention that the event is FREE?). This is an excellent opportunity if this is your first time hiking Badlands Park.
